Fourni
Fourni is a small archipelago between Samos and Ikaria that is almost completely off the tourist map. The main island has a beautiful harbour, some of the best fresh seafood in Greece (the fishing fleet is one of the most active in the Aegean), several excellent beaches, and a local life that proceeds entirely on its own terms. Archaeological surveys have recently found the largest collection of ancient shipwrecks in the Mediterranean in its waters.
